Job Description

We are delighted to be supporting a London-based university in their search for a Temporary Admissions Officer to join their team for an initial 3-month period. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week), based on site at their campus in Central London.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to support a busy admissions team during a peak period.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Responding to enquiries from students and parents via phone and email.
  • Tracking student arrivals and updating records accurately.
  • Supporting admissions processes and maintaining system logs.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding and communication.

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience using student management or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, SITS) is desirable.
  • Previous experience in admissions, student services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
