Job descriptionThe College Merthyr Tydfil is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and learner-focused Admissions and School Liaison Officer.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in inspiring the next generation of learners by building strong relationships with local schools, supporting transition activities, and guiding prospective learners through their journey from initial enquiry to enrolment. As one of the College's ambassadors, you will work closely with schools, learners, parents/carers and curriculum teams to showcase the opportunities available at the college and promote progression into further education.
The successful candidate will be at the heart of the college's recruitment and engagement activities, supporting school liaison events, learner transition programmes, open evenings, careers events and the admissions process. We are looking for someone with a positive, proactive and professional approach, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
