Job Description

Clerical Officer - Omagh

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator office. This role requires excellent customer service and efficient administrative support within a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Handle initial enquiries
  • Register new applications and maintain accurate records
  • Supportteam with administrative duties including data entry and filing
  • Take minutes at weekly team meetings
  • Assist with general office duties and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Provide occasional reception/counter cover during staff absences

Essential Criteria

  • GCSEs (or equivalent)
  • Basic IT proficiency
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience
