Salary: £19,800 per annum pro rata (£33,000 FTE)
Hours: Part time 22.5 hours per week (worked over 3 days)
Contract: Fixed-term (up to 12 months, with potential for extension)
Location: London (Hybrid working)
NFP People are delighted to be supporting a long established national environmental charity as they recruit for an Administrator to join their CEO Office.
This is a key role supporting senior leaders and ensuring the smooth running of the London office. You will report into the Head of the CEO Office and provide high quality administrative support to the Chair, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Team, while also playing an important role in meetings, events and office management.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of CEO Office, you will:
- Provide proactive and reactive administrative support to senior leaders
- Manage diaries, inboxes and travel arrangements (UK and international)
- Prepare documents, reports and presentations
- Organise and administer internal meetings, including agendas, papers and actions
- Support the planning and delivery of all-staff meetings and high-profile external events
- Maintain effective digital and hard copy filing systems (including SharePoint and OneDrive)
- Assist with office management, facilities, health & safety compliance and supplier liaison
- Handle confidential information sensitively and in line with GDPR requirements
About you
You will be an organised and detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident working with senior stakeholders and able to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
You will bring:
- Experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working independently and using initiative
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive & MAC/Apple
- The ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- A flexible, positive and collaborative approach
Experience in events planning, office or facilities management, governance support or public affairs would be an advantage, but is not essential.
