Location: Outskirts of Banbury (Own transport essential due to location)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour (£29,250 per annum equivalent)
Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and detail-oriented Administrator & Artworker to join their busy Proposals/Administration team. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience and a creative eye for artwork preparation.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in supporting proposal administration, processing customer requirements, and preparing artwork to a high standard.

- Support the proposals administration function, including preparing quotations.
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare, edit, and set up customer artwork to print-ready standards using Adobe software.
- Create marketing materials as required.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer information.
- Assist with general administrative duties to support the wider team.
- Previous administrative experience within a structured office environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A customer-focused approach.
- Experience within proposals, quotations, or order processing.
- Previous experience handling artwork, customer submissions, or stock management.
- £15.00 per hour (£29,250 per annum equivalent).
