Job Opportunity: Administrator

Working Shift Patterns: Mon to Fri 08:00-17:00

Salary: £12.91 per hour

Our client is a prominent leader in the field of automotive logistics and remarketing solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our client's team.

You will be joining a team that provides support to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations within the Fleet Solutions Division. An ideal candidate for this role will have great administrative and data entry skills, a flexible approach and lots enthusiasm. Within this role, you will be reporting directly to the Administration Supervisor.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• General office duties such as completing data, uploading files to the internal systems, filling paperwork, responding to telephone and email queries.
• Creating and maintaining records of incoming vehicles and liaising with the site on any vehicles that have been rejected.
• Managing movement schedule and vehicle tracker.
• Dealing with any customer returns for repairs ensuring a quick turnaround.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties will be included.
• Production and/or use of daily reports to track and progress days on-site and days in status KPI's.
• Obtain relevant information including estimated completion dates, booking dates, parts back-order ETA's etc. for all vehicles.
• Respond promptly to internal and external customer enquiries relating to progression of vehicles.
• Liaise with despatch teams to ensure vehicles are presented for collection on-time.

Skills Requirements

• Previous administrative experience (essential)
• Computer literate with experience in using Excel (essential)
• Strong communicative skills - speaking, reading and writing (essential)
• Excellent numerical and literacy skills
