Kenect Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our longstanding client based in Corby!

Position: Administrator

Location: Thurleigh, Beford

Shifts: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:00

Pay rate: £14.52

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to buyers and sellers.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Assist with queries, collections and deliveries.
• Process paperwork, invoices and customer records.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, transporters and internal teams.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and update company systems.
• Support the wider team and administration team.
• Previous customer service or administration experience preferred.
• Good communication, organisation and computer skills essential.
