Safer Hand Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy care home environment in Tipton on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual who can provide vital administrative support to the Home Manager and wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering telephone calls, emails and reception enquiries
• Managing filing systems and maintaining accurate records
• Taking minutes at meetings and supporting diary management
• Processing purchase orders, invoices and supplier queries
• Supporting petty cash and resident monies administration
• Assisting with payroll administration, timesheets and agency records
• Supporting recruitment administration and personnel file maintenance
• Maintaining compliance records and ensuring documentation is up to date
• Providing general administrative support to the Home Manager and wider team

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience is essential
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
• Experience within a care home, healthcare or social care setting would be advantageous
• An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role
