East Riding Community Hospital, Beverley - Part Time Position.
Our Administrators are the unseen heroes of patient care. The reassuring voice on the phone, the organized mind behind the clinic list and the calm presence supporting patients during their most worrying moments. Without them, patients don't get seen, services don't run and care doesn't flow.
We are recruiting Administrators to join our teams across Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital. Previous NHS experience is not required - we can teach you the systems. What we can't teach is compassion, professionalism and the ability to care about getting things right for patients. That is what we're looking for.

Provide patient facing administrative support, including handling appointments and clinic lists, managing patient information securely in line with GDPR, and using electronic systems to support clinical teams.
Education / Qualifications- Good standard of general education to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English Language.
- NVQ Level 2 or Vocational Level 3 in administration.
- Experience of providing a service to patients or customers.
- Experience of using electronic systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Understanding of the clinical administration pathway.
- Knowledge of working within the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of media.
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
- Knowledge of Trust Access Policy and Referral to Treatment rules and guidelines.

- Flexible approach to hours and conditions.
- Willingness to travel to other trust sites.
