The Dermatology Referral Service, Glasgow, Glasgow, Scotland

We are seeking an organised, personable Administrator to join our team on a part time basis at the Dermatology Referral Service, located near Ibrox in Glasgow. The role supports clinical and customer care across all skin related services for pets in Scotland.

How You'll Make a Difference

As a key member of the clinic, you will handle reception duties, customer enquiries, insurance queries, patient handling during examinations and general administrative tasks. You will greet clients and their pets, provide excellent customer service, and support the veterinary team throughout the day.

Working Pattern

This is a part time permanent role: 24 hours per week, Monday Friday 1 6 pm (negotiable).
