An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a well-established property services organisation based in Nottingham. Offering a salary of £25,000 plus excellent benefits, this office-based role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, communication and organisational skills. Working within a busy maintenance team, you will play a key role in coordinating works, managing schedules and ensuring a high level of service delivery. Our client has built an excellent reputation within their sector, operates across multiple locations, and has many years of experience delivering property-related services.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and create work schedules for engineers and contractors.
  • Manage diaries, resources and appointments to ensure work is completed efficiently.
  • Liaise with residents, suppliers and internal teams regarding maintenance activities and updates.
  • Monitor completed jobs, ensuring records, photographs and supporting documentation are accurate.
  • Assist with purchasing materials, maintaining records and supporting operational processes.
What Experience is Required
  • Previous experience in an administrative, scheduling or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary of £25,000 per annum

Location

This office-based position is located in Nottingham and is easily commutable from Derby, Beeston, Long Eaton, Arnold, West Bridgford and Mansfield.
