Job Description
Administrator

Location: Stevenage.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

Salary: £12.85 per hour, weekly pay.

Temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent.

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a fast growing client based in Stevenage.

Duties of an Administrator
  • Monitoring paperwork, filing, and documentation.
  • Updating systems with accurate information, entering data into spreadsheets and CRM.
  • Taking phone calls from customers and suppliers, answering emails, and dealing with queries.
  • Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation accurately.
  • Answering queries from accounts.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
