Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at HMP Moorland, a category C prison in South Yorkshire.

Hours and Salary

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00

Annual salary: £25,821 to £28,574 per annum depending on experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the on site healthcare team.
• Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, including operating IT systems, maintaining databases, waiting lists, and call up lists.
• Provide customer service, answer and direct telephone calls, and perform general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, and scanning.

Candidate Qualifications

• English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• A non judgemental and compassionate approach.
• Good IT skills and IT literacy.
• Ability to work within a busy environment.
• Must have a legal right to work in the UK; employment subject to additional vetting and security checks.
