We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at HMP Moorland, a category C prison in South Yorkshire.
Hours and SalaryMonday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00
Annual salary: £25,821 to £28,574 per annum depending on experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the on site healthcare team.
- Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, including operating IT systems, maintaining databases, waiting lists, and call up lists.
- Provide customer service, answer and direct telephone calls, and perform general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, and scanning.
- English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- A non judgemental and compassionate approach.
- Good IT skills and IT literacy.
- Ability to work within a busy environment.
- Must have a legal right to work in the UK; employment subject to additional vetting and security checks.
