Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with commercial team as well as other departments on the daily functional matters

  • Handle, track (where applicable) and follow up with internal / external stakeholders on all documentation / submissions including but not limited to correspondence, claims, certificates, warranties, invoices etc.

  • Timely upload / update of information and documentation into ERP system and required platforms

  • Maintain, update and follow up on the respective tracking lists for monitoring

  • Provide support on other commercial related functions as required by the team from time to time

Requirements
  • GCE O Levels or equivalent

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the construction industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a "can-do" attitude

  • Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently

  • Ability to organize, plan and strategize within the timeline

  • Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
