The Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administration Support professional to join our Operational team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting key processes and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services across the team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operational team, including typing, printing, scanning, preparing documentation.
  • Manage documentation control, including secure handling and shredding of confidential materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams across the business to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies, ensuring all work is carried out confidentially and in line with organisational standards.
  • Prepare and file handover packs to Client portals
  • Record FENSA, electrical and gas certificates as required
  • Update critical information in the progress trackers within SharePoint
  • Undertake the renaming protocol of compliance certification.
  • Monitor and report on suppliers' Asbestos porta
About you
  • Previous administrative experience in a busy and fast paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong problem solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels
  • Excellent IT skills, including strong Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
  • A professional, confident and "can do" attitude
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work confidentially and handle sensitive information appropriately
