Due to further growth, Atlas is excited to be recruiting for an experienced Administrator with fantastic Customer Service and problem-solving skills.
We're hoping to recruit a person who is compassionate toward people: quick on the draw when it comes to trouble shooting and thrives under pressure. Ideally someone who is based in the area, and enjoys blending into a busy team.

What we're looking for- Are excited about making a difference
- Have a positive and friendly attitude
- Are local to the area
- Providing support to the operations management team in the field
- Liaising with Clients and our operatives to ensure their requests are dealt with efficiently and end with a positive outcome
- Assist with allocation/scheduling of operatives on our Time and Attendance system, along with recording sickness/absence
- Recruitment - advertise, shortlist, arrange interviews and complete necessary paperwork for new starters
- Ordering uniforms
- General administration duties to meet the needs of the business
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
- General working knowledge of software systems such as word and excel
- Great written and oral English language skills
- Personable and professional with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills; Teamwork: Share ideas and learning with other team members
- Offer encouragement and assistance to colleagues
- Communicate openly and effectively
- Work with the team towards our common goal of always striving for excellence
- An attitude to thrive in a busy workplace.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- You will need a friendly, calm and professional manner when dealing with suppliers, colleagues and customers.
- Attention to detail will be a key skill of yours.
- Good computer literacy.
- Great communication skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure.
