Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator to join a well established and modern Accountancy Practice based in Bolton. As an Administrator, you will be responsible;

  • Drafting client engagement letters
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Liaising with clients via email & telephone
  • Credit control
  • Supporting the team with invoicing
  • Updating clients when tax is due
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Diary management
  • Emails & letter correspondence
  • Managing meeting rooms

Salary from £25-27k depending on experience

What we are looking for;

  • 3+ years administrative experience
  • Prior experience working within an Accountancy Practice or within a professional services setting
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident on the phones
