Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator to join a well established and modern Accountancy Practice based in Bolton. As an Administrator, you will be responsible;
- Drafting client engagement letters
- Onboarding new clients
- Liaising with clients via email & telephone
- Credit control
- Supporting the team with invoicing
- Updating clients when tax is due
- Providing excellent customer service
- Diary management
- Emails & letter correspondence
- Managing meeting rooms
Salary from £25-27k depending on experience
What we are looking for;
- 3+ years administrative experience
- Prior experience working within an Accountancy Practice or within a professional services setting
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident on the phones
