About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
You ll support the day-to-day delivery of our national programmes, partnerships, and governance activities, working closely with colleagues, partners, and funders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and helping a mission-driven team work effectively together.
You ll report to the Operations Manager and play a key role across every part of Digital Care Hub s work, from programme coordination and financial tracking to communications and events.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials. • Provide administrative support across programmes, projects, and governance functions.
• Manage shared inboxes and respond to general enquiries.
• Maintain accurate contact lists, records, and document libraries.
• Support financial processes such as raising purchase orders, tracking invoices, and maintaining budget records.
• Assist with HR administration, including onboarding and maintaining staff records.
• Help prepare reports, board papers, and presentations.
About You
Essential skills and experience
• Proven administrative experience in a busy, multi-project environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
Desirable skills and experience
• Experience in the charity, health, or social care sector.
• Knowledge of governance or project administration.
• Experience supporting online meetings or virtual events.
• Interest in digital transformation and improving care through technology.
• Support communications by updating website content, newsletters, and contact databases.
• Contribute to monitoring and reporting for grants and contracts.
• Support the smooth running of internal systems, templates, and processes across the organisation.
Terms and benefits
• Salary: £32,000 per annum
• Contract: Permanent
• Remote (occasional travel for team meetings or events)
• Working pattern: Full time (part-time considered)
• Leave: 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Other: Flexible working encouraged; equipment provided
