Front of House Administrator Temporary Part-time Perth

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Front of House Administrator to be the first point of contact at our client's Perth office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, supporting both staff and visitors, and contributing to the smooth running of a busy office.
Your new role

  • Greet and assist visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with relevant information
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and post, directing queries to the appropriate teams
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document formatting, and meeting coordination
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers for orders and deliveries
  • Assist with room bookings
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or administrative role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A friendly, approachable manner with a commitment to excellent customer service
