This role is suited to individuals with a passion for working in an agile manner, delivering a high-quality administration service while supporting both clinical and non-clinical colleagues. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of services, contributing to meaningful improvements in primary care and patient outcomes.

This is a varied, non-patient-facing administration roleproviding essential back-office support across the division and ModalityPractices. You will deliver an efficient administrative service, managingworkloads, processing documentation accurately within agreed timescales, andcommunicating professionally with clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
The role includes supporting meetings across Practices,preparing and managing medical and insurance reports, tracking progress andpayments, and coordinating records and documentation. You will also supportPractices with complaints administration, patient registrations including GP2GPworkflows, and call and recall processes such as test results, long-termcondition management, childhood immunisations, and cytology.
The role requires flexibility, initiative, and commitment.You will work resourcefully as part of a wider team to ensure tasks arecompleted to a high standard in line with procedures, protocols, and servicerequirements.
