Administrative Officer (Part-time)


Job Ref: ACT RQ


Pay Rate: £13.79 per hour PAYE


Hours per week: 28 hours per week over 4/5 days


Duration: 3 months


Location: County Tyrone BT79 0AH


Access NI/DBS/Disclosure Scotland required for this role.


About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our office. This is a front of house role and will involve answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, handling post, keeping records up to date and supporting basic financial administration. The successful person will also help monitor health and safety within the office.


Key Requirements

  • Previous administration or office experience

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems

  • Good organisation and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage workload and work independently


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors professionally

  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and maintain records

  • Record and monitor financial data and process invoices

  • Support office administration and filing systems

  • Help maintain health and safety procedures within the office
