Administrative Officer - The Thomas Hardye School

We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Officer to support various departments and areas within the school. The successful applicant will be based mainly in the front office but may be called on to provide administrative support to other curriculum areas and staff as required.
Responsibilities- Data entry and maintaining accurate files.
- Communicating with parents, colleagues and students.
- Collating information and preparing reports.
- Assisting the Headteacher's PA and working within a small team of administrative officers.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to other areas of the school as requested.
- Team player willing to support different colleagues.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and manage a varying workload.
- Experience working in a school environment is an advantage.
