Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Generalist

Job Location: London, ON

Job Salary: $40,000 - $66,500 CAD

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Department/Unit Name: Logistics

Provide administrative support and assistance to the department and/or Director to facilitate efficient operation according to project, corporate, industry, and regulatory guidelines and standards. Responsible for managing paper and electronic documents, including review, tracking, scanning, filing, and retrieval. Assist with appointment scheduling, document preparation, presentations, correspondence, meeting minutes, and agendas. Support Office Coordinators with divisional supplies, equipment, staff absences, and budget expenses. Provide reception services (phone, email, visitors) and general clerical support.

Project Support
  • Assist with maintaining document management systems, ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards.
  • Provide requested information and documents to project teams promptly.
  • Contribute to improving document management processes and systems.
Corporate Administrative/Clerical Support
  • Support divisional services, handle inquiries, coordinate visits and meetings, and manage travel, records, documents, data, and files.
  • Maintain document tracking databases, prepare reports, and respond to inquiries.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience or a 1-year college diploma/degree in a relevant field with on-the-go training.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in the London office on a hybrid basis.
