Key Responsibilities:- Handling incoming telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Supporting the recruitment and compliance process for Care & Support Workers.
- Processing new client referrals with accuracy and care.
- Preparing and maintaining essential documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
- Keeping office and digital records updated for both clients and staff.
- Ensuring compliance with office procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with on-call (out-of-hours) duties when required.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Prior administrative or recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
- A proactive and professional approach to handling responsibilities.
