Do you have the organisational skills, approachability, and client focused mindset to deliver exceptional front of house support in a busy office environment? At Redkite Solicitors, we're looking for a reliable, detail driven Administrative Assistant to play a key role in the smooth running of our office and delivering an excellent client experience.
As a central member of the office team, you'll provide essential administrative and front of house support while working closely with colleagues across the business. From welcoming clients and managing enquiries to coordinating office operations and supporting administrative processes, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the firm.

What will you be doing?- Act as the professional and welcoming first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and callers, representing the firm with warmth, discretion, and polish
- Provide high quality administrative support to fee earners and office staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Open new client files and manage document preparation, digital filing, scanning, and secure archiving in line with compliance standards
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, post, and deliveries, routing communications efficiently and supporting daily workflow
- Maintain the reception and office areas to an impeccable standard-tidy, well stocked, and ready to host both internal and external visitors
- Assist in maintaining office supplies, coordinating replenishment orders, and liaising with facilities when needed
- Warm and polished - You naturally put people at ease while upholding a professional standard in all client and visitor interactions
- Highly organised - You keep on top of multiple tasks, manage competing demands, and ensure the front desk and office run smoothly
- A dependable team player - You're someone your colleagues can count on to deliver, step in to help, and take ownership of what needs doing
- Discreet and professional - You handle sensitive information and interactions with care and confidentiality
- Clear and confident in communication - You speak and write with clarity, courtesy, and purpose
- Service minded - You enjoy looking after others, whether that's ensuring guests feel welcome, keeping executives updated, or supporting fee earners
- Comfortable with technology - You're confident using phones, Microsoft Office, booking systems, and any digital tools that support daily admin tasks
- Committed to presentation - You understand the importance of a tidy, welcoming, and professional space
- Willing to travel and cover other offices on occasion, so a driving licence is required
