Our client is a growing SME established in the Jura. Assistant H/F - 100% Our client is a growing SME established in the Bernese Jura. In order to complete its sales department, we are looking for an Assistant H/F. Your main tasks: Ensure the phone standard in French, German, and English Organize travel and trips Coordinate visits from clients, partners, and the board manage the mail and arrange (cars, meeting rooms) Ensure complete management and follow-up of expense reports Provide cross-departmental support as needed Sales & Shipping Enter customer orders in the ERP Prepare all documents necessary for the return of sold goods to our client in Switzerland (delivery slips, invoices, credit notes). Your profile: CFC in commercial profession completed with 2-3 years of experience (management and sales) Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of ERP (Abacus, Proalpha) Excellent command of French, very good English skills (C1) both spoken and written, and good knowledge of German (B2). Italian is a plus.
