Job Description

myLife Diabetes Care AG is a growing, independent Medtech company focused on innovative insulin pump systems for people with diabetes. For our Product and Solutions Department at our new headquarters in Burgdorf, we are looking for an Administration Assistant who enjoys taking ownership, supporting teams, and contributing to a dynamic environment.

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks
  • Organization and coordination of meetings, workshops, and events (room setup, catering, materials)
  • Calendar management for executive board members and meeting room coordination
  • Streamlining and supporting onboarding and training plans (incl. external employees)
  • Ownership and maintenance of selected Confluence pages, including permissions
  • Knowledge management support for Medical Affairs (templates, SOPs, guidance documents, archiving)
  • Coordination of Advisory Board meetings, investigator meetings, expert calls, and steering meetings
  • Administrative support such as DocuSign coordination, LMS support, invoice consolidation
  • General administrative tasks (welcome & farewell gifts, cards, document handling, meeting logistics)
Your profile
  • Commercial background with education in business administration
  • Several years of experience in an administrative or management assistant role
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset
  • High service orientation, discretion, and reliability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, agile environment
  • Very good IT skills (MS Office, collaboration tools such as Confluence)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English (C1 level or higher)
  • Positive personality who enjoys contributing and making things work
