Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Funchal, Madeira Island. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks including handling invoicing, accounts receivables and payable, phone calls and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. Duties also include providing executive administrative assistance elsewhere when required, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Role Description:
- Issuance of invoices and receipts through Primavera ERP software
- Accounts receivables control and reporting to the CFO
- Costumer support for clarifications of any doubts related to invoicing and payments
- Management of Accounts Payables under the supervision of the CFO
- Creation and Maintenance of maps and tables for reporting to the Board
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance skills and experience
- Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
- English language proficiency (oral and written)
- Clerical Skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience with Primavera ERP preferred
