Your ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Assistant will join a team of housing professionals for our Cambridge Portfolio which consists of more than 400 units. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting with recerifications, processing invoices, ordering office supplies, distributing mail, and assisting with special projects.
Your QualificationsAdministrative experience is required. Experience in property management is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
