Administration Support Officer - Police Staff - Business Support - CTPSE & SEROCU

We are seeking two highly organised and proactive Administrative Support Officers to provide comprehensive, flexible and confidential administrative and secretarial support to our SLT within the Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE) and South East Regional Organised Crime (SEROCU) teams.

These roles are instrumental in delivering high quality support to senior leaders across the region, including the Assistant Chief Constable, regional lead for SEROCU & CTPSE, the Head of CTPSE and the Head of Business Support for CTPSE & SEROCU. These are excellent opportunities for skilled administrators who thrive in a fast paced, sensitive and highly professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to senior leaders.
• Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports and briefings to support operational and strategic work.
• Maintain and publish the on call rotas and skills directory.
• Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements.
• Respond to enquiries professionally, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Support wider business functions within CTPSE and SEROCU as required.
