Administration Assistant, Level 2 - Market Harborough & Bosworth Partnership

Summary

Work What you'll do at work:

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders using appropriate and professional methods (e.g. email, phone, face-to-face, online platforms).
• Support the organisation of meetings and events, both in person and online, following company procedures.
• Manage and store information securely (digital and physical), ensuring it can be easily accessed and retrieved when required.
• Use digital systems and software to input, update, extract and manage data (e.g. databases, CRM systems, records).
• Prepare and format data and documents accurately, including reports, records, and routine administrative information.
• Identify and report errors, issues, or data discrepancies to a supervisor or line manager.
• Support colleagues and team activities to ensure work is completed within deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as ordering resources, maintaining records, and sourcing information.

You aren't eligible for this apprenticeship unless you are under 24 years of age.

Apprentices starting the Level 2 Administration Assistant apprenticeship standard (ST1472) will only be eligible for funding, if, at the start of the apprenticeship, they are aged between 16 and 24-years-old (or 15 years of age if the apprentice's 16th birthday is between the last Friday of June and 31 August).
