MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The role will include providing administrative support across the whole business, giving you the opportunity to gain great experience within a varied role. If you feel you have the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response!
The Role you will be doing;- Despatch Paperwork ( Del Notes, CofC, Bar Codes)
- Courier booking and paperwork
- Stock counts
- Invoices
- Spreadsheets
- Packing requisitions such as; labelling, sealing etc.
- Ad hoc administrative duties across the business.
- You must be able to work Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
- Strong administration skills is essential
- Experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Must be able to prioritise workload.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
- Excellent organisational Skills.
