The Company you will be working for;

MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The role will include providing administrative support across the whole business, giving you the opportunity to gain great experience within a varied role. If you feel you have the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response!

The Role you will be doing;
  • Despatch Paperwork ( Del Notes, CofC, Bar Codes)
  • Courier booking and paperwork
  • Stock counts
  • Invoices
  • Spreadsheets
  • Packing requisitions such as; labelling, sealing etc.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties across the business.
  • You must be able to work Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
About you;
  • Strong administration skills is essential
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Must be able to prioritise workload.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational Skills.
