Overview

Admin Assistant Salary - £16380 (actual salary) 25 hours per week working 8am-1pm Monday to Friday (start time in the morning is not negotiable). The role could be extended to 30 hours for the right candidate. The post is all year round and permanent. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced admin assistant to join our happy and busy team, working in a diverse and outstanding inner-city Nursery School & Children's Centre. Our setting is also the Bristol Early Years Hub, offering high quality professional learning and development, leading networks. There is never a dull day here, we are constantly adapting what we do, responding to our community and welcoming visitors.

Requirements / About the candidate
  • Has good interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and experience of a customer focused environment
  • Takes delight in working with diverse communities
  • Is highly organised and able to complete tasks effectively
  • Shows initiative and is solution focused
  • Good with numbers
  • Is IT literate and has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
