Our well-known clients are looking to recruit a full time temporary to permanent Administrator to join their team near South Molton.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Act upon internal/external client vehicle requirements
• Raise order numbers for parts/fluids/consumable requests
• Process supplier invoices & batch
• Manage work in progress and escalate as necessary invoicing to all third party and internal clients
• Scan inspection/service sheets to clients and onto Key 2 vehicle database
• Raise job cards
• Process workshop timesheets
• Build effective relationships with workshop staff, operational teams and external clients.
• Compliance with Operator Licence Undertakings
• Must hold current UK driving licence

Skills & Experience Required

• Educational certificates equivalent to or higher than grade C in English & Maths
• Be fully conversant with Microsoft Office
• Experience of working in client led organisation (desirable)
• Purchase ledger/sales ledger experience (desirable)
• Experienced in solving client queries (desirable)
• Ability to react to urgent issues such as vehicle breakdowns.

This is going to become permanent for the right candidate. It is working 40 hours per week and there is flexibility in how these hours are worked i.e. with majority of the work being carried out on-site. The rate of pay is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum and it is for an immediate start.
