Job Description
Admin Team Leader

Location: Eurocentral Lanarkshire

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Rate Pay: £33,000 salary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of administrative staff to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Allocate workloads and ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Develop, implement, and improve administrative processes and procedures
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and regular feedback
  • Handle escalated queries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance across all administrative tasks
  • Support senior management with reporting, analysis, and operational coordination
  • Manage staff rotas, absence, and performance reviews
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience in an administrative role with team leadership responsibilities
  • Demonstrable experience managing or supervising an admin team (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience improving processes and driving efficiency within an admin function
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
