Working Days / Hours: 37hours
Working Pattern: 9:00am-5:00pm - Ushers are required to be on site prior to the start of the working day, typically from 8:45am
Pay Rate: £12.86 per hour

What you'll be doing:- Manage customer service and administrative tasks to prepare for, facilitate, and support hearings
- Support users and stakeholders via face-to-face, incoming/outgoing telephone, and correspondence in a range of formats
- Use service scripts and knowledge articles to guide people to the right support and services, including users with complex needs
- Follow complaints policies and procedures, responding promptly to prevent escalation and updating systems as required
- Carry out operational support using standard operating procedures to meet performance targets and maintain service standards
- Handle case files with accurate data entry, secure information management, and compliance with retention/data loss protocols
- Assist with jury service tasks including selection, deferral, reassignment, and attendance tracking, plus processing related expenses and court fees
- Support listing and scheduling-helping ensure efficient use of judicial time, urgent responsiveness, and adherence to listing policies
- Contribute to enforcement support, including financial assessments, fine collection assistance, and basic statistical/financial reporting
- Help with health and safety operations under guidance (e.g., PEEPs, facility checks, issue logging, and key/safety governance)
- Strong administrative capability with an eye for accuracy and confidentiality
- Confidence communicating clearly and consistently with a wide range of users
- A practical, organised approach to prioritising tasks and meeting service standards
- Ability to follow procedures and elevate issues appropriately when needed

If you're successful in your application an Enhanced DBS will be required as part of the on-boarding checks with Brook Street.
