• Carry out administrative support to keep court processes running smoothly
• Manage routine tasks accurately while working to priorities and deadlines
• Handle public and internal enquiries with professionalism and discretion
• Support the wider team with day-to-day case administration activities
• Maintain clear records and ensure information is handled appropriately
