If you're someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly-supporting people, organising paperwork, and working to clear standards-this is a great opportunity with a reputed client. Join a team where your attention to detail genuinely helps cases progress and customers receive a "right first time" service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Clerking civil and family courts/tribunals hearings, helping ensure materials are up to date
  • Handling face-to-face, written and telephone enquiries, providing helpful customer service
  • Supporting listings/rota administration by checking files and assisting court users
  • Processing standard casework documentation, including documents relating to orders, claims, fines and fees
  • Checking and verifying documents, records and returns against criteria and quality standards
  • Producing basic statistical analysis and handling straightforward report and financial processing
  • Communicating with the public, judiciary and wider stakeholders to collect information and follow correct procedures
What you'll bring:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a calm, professional approach
  • Strong administrative capability-organised, accurate and able to work to workload targets
  • Confidence using computer systems for records, data input and updates
  • A proactive mindset: you'll use discretion and initiative within clear systems and processes
  • The ability to follow guidelines and eliminate complex issues to the right support when needed
  • A team-focused attitude, contributing to continuous improvement and problem-solving

If you're ready to bring structure, accuracy and a supportive presence to a busy public-facing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
