What You'll Be DoingAs part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll provide essential administrative and data management support, helping ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support across multiple projects
- Accurately inputting and maintaining information within databases and internal systems
- Organising meetings, booking rooms, and coordinating attendees
- Preparing and sending correspondence and documentation
- Updating reports and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
- Taking notes and actions from team meetings
- Managing electronic and paper filing systems
- Supporting document management, photocopying, scanning and mail-outs
- Handling confidential information in line with data protection requirements
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous administration, office support, clerical or data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent levels of accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Teams
- A proactive, positive and flexible approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organising meetings and events
- Taking meeting minutes or detailed notes
- Maintaining databases or management information systems
