Admin Assistant

Great opportunity to work as a Admin Assistant for our client, a British gas distribution company that manages natural and green gas distribution networks.

Staffline is recruiting Admin Assistants in Mossend.

The rate of pay is £13.85 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:

• 8am to 4pm

Your Time at Work

As a Admin Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Providing admin support, data input and preparation of reports
• Log and process queries in relation to purchase orders and invoices!
• Accurately process purchase orders using WMS
• Liaising with other departments and customers
• Maintaining inventory paperwork for checking and verification
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks
• Maintain high standards of organisation and record-keeping

What we're looking for:

• Previous administrative experience in planning / logistics environment
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
• WMS knowledge (desirable but not essential)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
