Admin Assistant

Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Full-time office based

We are recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a busy team in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and teams.
• Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Support general office administration and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• 2-4 years' administrative experience.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently.
• Right to work in the UK.

Ideal Background

We're particularly interested in candidates who have supported busy teams, someone who has worked within HR/People functions, or held demanding PA/Executive Assistant positions with extensive diary and stakeholder management responsibilities would also be of interest. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, versatile, quick-thinking, and able to thrive in a challenging and fast-moving environment.
