About the Position

£12.90 per hour, paid breaks plus lots of great benefits!

16 hours per week, Every Sunday and Monday, 9am-5pm

Are you currently working as an admin assistant or in a front of house role where you use your customer service skills? Are you a confident and engaging communicator and like meeting and speaking to new people every day? If you answered yes, then taking the first step in your career as a receptionist with Berkley Care Group could be the right move for you.

What we are looking for:

  • An individual who is warm and kind with a caring and compassionate nature
  • Someone who would take pride in being a face of the home, who is often one of the first to welcome visitors
  • Someone who is calm and able to manage the needs of a variety of people

Do you have the following?

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of people
  • Attention to detail to present the home well and make a good first impression, including during show rounds for prospective residents and their families
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills to support the Home Administrator with tasks such as inputting data, ensuring systems are updated, postal duties and document production
  • Good customer service skills, including in person, over the phone and via email
