Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Maintain accurate digital and paper-based records and documentation
Manage office supplies and co-ordinate ordering requirements
Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to support workflows
Assist the finance function with invoice processing and credit control tasks
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent organisational ability
Good communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Salary of £25,000
Office-based role, Monday to Friday (08:30 - 16:30)
