About the Role

As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will carry out a variety of responsibilities to help deliver high quality care and support to residents. Your duties will include answering the phone, handling files, supporting managers, greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and touring prospective clients and their families around the facility. You will also strive to create a vibrant, happy environment for everyone.

About You

We are looking for someone who can multi task, has good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner. You should be a people person, genuinely interested in residents and their families.
