Admin Assistant - Bereavement Services

An opportunity has arisen to assist our Bereavement Services administration team based at Walton Lea Crematorium and Woodlands Cottage Pet Crematorium. Delivering a part time administrative role covering all aspects of cremation, pet cremation, burial and memorial processes.
The roleWe're keen to recruit staff that are committed to develop, improve and deliver a high-quality service to the Bereaved and its Key Stakeholders. Working in a busy team using your own initiative, prioritising your workload, dealing with the bereaved in a sympathetic and professional manner.
This is a part time role working Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday 10.00am - 13.45pm, Friday 10.00am - 13.30pm),covering all aspects of cremation, pet cremation, burial and memorial processes. Assisting the team dealing with a range of people, in a busy customer focused office in a variety of formats.
What's needed?We are looking for a keen, customer-focused enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach to work. Good IT skills and willing to assist, contribute to and be a part of a team committed to the provision of quality bereavement services. Providing support to the wider team and others. With a good eye for detail and accuracy.
