Hours: Monday to Friday - 16 hours per week - Flexibility on days and hours

What will I be doing day-to-day?

• Compiling property details for sharing
• Preparing listings for Rightmove & Zoopla
• Assisting customers when the sales team are out
• Ensuring compliance by verifying AML documents (ID, bank statements, etc.)
• Handling filing, sorting post, managing deliveries and ordering office supplies

Do I need anything else?

• Fast typing skills (around 45 wpm)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail
• A passion for compliance
