Full training and ongoing development will be provided for the right candidate that includes NVQ training in Business Administration.

Responsibilities
  • Managing daily office administration tasks
  • Answering calls and responding to emails professionally
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintaining company records and databases
  • Supporting senior management and office operations
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding administration
  • Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members
Requirements
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential
