Admin (Customer Service)

Job Reference: LC483

Location: Ashford, Kent

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + quarterly performance bonus.

Permanent position.

You must have a valid driver's licence.

Experience in sales and customer service required.

You will play a key part in managing customer enquiries, generating and qualifying leads, and supporting the wider sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, building relationships, and contributing to both service excellence and commercial success.

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for enquiries (phone and email)
  • Deliver high standard customer service and escalating when needed.
  • After sales care.
  • Qualify and assign incoming leads to regional sales manager.
  • Proactively generate new leads through research and communication.
  • Prepare and issue customer quotes and proposals.
  • Track outstanding quotations.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service and telesales or similar roles.
  • A customer first mindset.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office or CRM systems.
