Additional Needs Teaching Assistant

SEND Teaching Assistant Skelmersdale£109 per day Term Time Only8:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday Are you from a care, support work, or hands-on background and ready to take your skills into the classroom? We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in schools across Skelmersdale. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, particularly suited to those with experience in care or support roles who are confident providing personal care.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them to access learning and thrive in a safe, structured environment. Your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 and small group support Supporting pupils with complex and additional needs Assisting with personal care where required Promoting independence, confidence, and positive behaviour Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored learning
